Live Well fitness center

Live Well Fitness Center is a medical gym that focuses on individuals who need to make changes based on their current health conditions.

An exercise physiologist is on staff and available to develop a fitness regimen based on individual needs and abilities. Live Well Fitness works with the individual’s primary provider, physical therapist, chiropractor and/or cardiac rehab staff to ensure a smooth transition into a new physical activity program.

Live Well Fitness Center is open from 4 a.m. – Midnight daily.  Staffed hours are Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.  Hours can vary so please call to set up an appointment.

A variety of classes are also offered at Live Well Fitness.  Many types of insurance exercise reimbursement programs are accepted – including Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, and more – to help the member stay engaged and motivated. Equipment includes treadmills, elliptical training machines, stationary bicycles, NuSteps, arm ergometer, upright bicycles and free weights.
