Live Well fitness center
Live Well Fitness Center is a medical gym that focuses on individuals who need to make changes based on their current health conditions.
An exercise physiologist is on staff and available to develop a fitness regimen based on individual needs and abilities. Live Well Fitness works with the individual’s primary provider, physical therapist, chiropractor and/or cardiac rehab staff to ensure a smooth transition into a new physical activity program.

Sunday – 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Monday – 6 a.m. – 8 a.m. & 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday – 6 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Wednesday – 6 a.m. – 8 a.m . & 1 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (closing at 5 p.m. on August 19)
Thursday – 6 a.m .- 4 p.m.
Friday – 6 a.m. – 8 a.m. & 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday – 9 a.m .- 11 a.m.
A variety of classes are also offered at Live Well Fitness. Many types of insurance exercise reimbursement programs are accepted – including Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, and more – to help the member stay engaged and motivated. Equipment includes treadmills, elliptical training machines, stationary bicycles, NuSteps, arm ergometer, upright bicycles and free weights.
Nicole has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Catherine University, St. Paul in Exercise and Sport Science/Nutrition. She continued her education at Minnesota State University, Mankato receiving a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Throughout her education, she gained experience in a Strength and Conditioning facility working with athletes, two cardiac rehabilitation facilities and a variety of fitness center facilities. After completing her education, Nicole started working as an exercise physiologist in a Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation program as well as a Wellness Coach and Program Ambassador for Community Health at District One Hospital in Faribault, MN. She is a certified instructor through the Arthritis Foundation and Silver & Fit. Nicole is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Nicole has a strong passion for helping people feel good through exercise, nutrition and overall wellness.
Our physical therapists are trained to effectively rehabilitate a variety of conditions and will work with you to assess your needs and design a treatment plan to meet your therapy goals.
