Extraordinary employees honored at River’s Edge Hospital
ST. PETER, MN— Employees at River’s Edge Hospital were honored this month with the with The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses ® and the BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) Award. The DAISY® Award is part of the DAISY Foundation’s mission to recognize the extraordinary, compassionate nursing care they provide patients and families every day. The BEE Award was created by River’s Edge Hospital to recognize the same compassionate care the front-line staff provide those same patients and family members.
River’s Edge Hospital hosted its first ceremony on November 2 to recognize the nominees and recipients of the award. The DAISY Award® was Brielle Swenson, RN, who is the nurse in River’s Edge Hospital’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Department.
